“Working at Little Bit was a very special experience for me, it was the perfect situation for this particular moment in my life. Even as an experienced horse person, working at Little Bit boosted my confidence in myself after many years of being in a competitive environment, something I would’ve benefited from in my high school years. I appreciated that the environment was emotionally low-stakes; it was okay to make mistakes, I always looked forward to my next shift because of the people and ponies, and I was given a plenty of opportunities to further grow and develop my skills. Little Bit is an org where everyone involved benefits from the time we put in, it is the best kind of place to be a part of!” – Barn Team Member
